About the trainings
Regardless of your current NVC level of skill, these 5 sessions will support
you to practice and integrate what you have learnt and deepen your compassion
and understanding in all your relationships. All that is required is to have
attended a foundation training. There is also a short learning/remembering
component at each session to reawaken and deepen the key distinctions you
covered in the training. Regardless of your skill levels, this group will take
your relationships to a new level of understanding, honesty and compassion.

The venue is Shari’s home at Waverton (near North Sydney). The train station
is only 3 minutes walk away.
Intention of this Practice Group
To integrate the principals of NVC into our everyday lives, including in our
relationships with others and ourselves. We will do this through a short
training session, then practicing these principals and applying them to the
everyday situations in our lives. We will also be asking for the full support of
each member of the practice group in supporting each others integration,
especially through empathy and honesty.

Learn how to hear behind and beyond blame or criticism,
find connection even in times of conflict and discover how you can create
a compassionate relationship with yourself and others using the model of
Nonviolent Communication. Following this you will be able to use NVC in
your daily life, although full fluency comes with practice. There is the
opportunity to go on afterward and join a practice group or attend further
workshops on special interest topics.
