Learn how to hear behind and beyond blame or criticism,
find connection even in times of conflict and discover how you can create
a compassionate relationship with yourself and others using the model of
Nonviolent Communication. Following this you will be able to use NVC in
your daily life, although full fluency comes with practice. There is the
opportunity to go on afterward and join a practice group or attend further
workshops on special interest topics.

A significant part of this training will be to identify, express, and create
our deepest dreams which are hidden within our jackals and feelings - and to
hear these in others - even through hard to hear messages.
If you have been practicing NVC since we last met, then my intention is for
this 2 days to consolidate that practice and take you to a new depth of
integration... in other words, to fast track this awareness and practice in your
day to day living.
If you have not been practicing NVC since our last meeting, no worries, I
know you will easily remember this work and the difference it can make in your
life, and that you will again be inspired to enrich your life with it.
Topics:
- Practice and integration of NVC model - translating your jackals into
needs, hearing another with empathy, expressing yourself with giraffe
honestly
- Identify, express, and create your deepest dreams which are hidden
within your jackals and feelings
- Hear and give voice to these dreams in others, even during hard to hear
messages
- Recognise the surprising gift of Anger, and transform it!

This training is based on the skills taught at the NVC Foundation
Training Part 1. I ask that you have already attended a Foundation
Training prior to this training as we will be working with these skills (you do not have to be
fluent).

This programme is specifically designed for people who have completed
foundation NVC training and want to both deepen their fluency and introduce NVC
with others. We work with participants' real life situations and
stimulations and focus on both the theory and practice of implementing NVC as
fully as possible.
Aims of the Programme:
- To develop the skills and awareness of the next generation of NVC
leaders to exceptional levels
- To integrate the intentions and practice of NVC into the daily life of
participants
- To enhance skills of participants to teach NVC, offer counseling
sessions, or offer coaching sessions
- To work together to support this group of leaders to create the change
we want to see in the world
- To work together to develop financially sustainable infrastructures to
support the delivery of NVC.
Requests of Participants and Trainer prior to joining Programme:
- To have an intention to support each other in our learning NVC and
embodying self connection, honesty and empathy, both during and outside
sessions.
- To complete the 6 month programme together.
- To commit to attend every scheduled training and coaching session except
under extreme situations (this is part of holding the importance of
intention and commitment.)
- To implement agreed homework exercises between coaching sessions and
update progress of these in an email 24 hours prior to one on one coaching
(does not have to be an essay, 2 sentences can suffice)
- To support the programme to develop the next generation of NVC leaders,
I ask that you check that you want to share NVC with others in some way. It
may not be evident yet how or when you want to share NVC.
- As the basics of NVC are assumed I request that a minimum of 4 days NVC
training with a certified trainer be completed either prior to programme
commencement or within 4 weeks of it commencing. Please discuss any
concerns/queries about this with Shari.

will be in Sydney (details TBA). The training is limited to
a number of 8 people and is open to people anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
